1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PackStudio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PackStudio is a web-based tool for creating, editing, and managing Minecraft Java Edition resource packs and datapacks. The Service allows users to upload assets, generate pack files, validate pack structure, and download ready-to-use packs. PackStudio may offer both free and premium tiers with different feature sets.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features of PackStudio. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to PackStudio, including textures, models, and generated packs. By uploading content, you grant PackStudio a limited license to store, process, and serve that content solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PackStudio to: (a) upload malware or harmful content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; (c) abuse or overload the Service; (d) violate applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
PackStudio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Morgan Wallace and are protected by intellectual property laws. PackStudio is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Mojang AB. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Guest sessions and inactive accounts may be automatically cleaned up after a period of inactivity (currently 30 days for guest sessions). You may request account deletion by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
PackStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Generated packs should be tested in a safe environment before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morgan Wallace and PackStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last modified.
